Remembering Joe Azzolina

We've lost one of our long time CROP Hunger Walk sponsors, Joe Azzolina, who passed away this week. He was quoted as saying "Everyday, Every week, Every year, I dedicated my time to better life for the people of New Jersey." We are honored to have been recipients of Joe's generosity over the last decade. Joe provided ice cream cups for all of our tired walkers which often numbered over 1,000. We don't go hungry! It was a real treat at the end of a five mile walk. Thanks Joe. We'll miss you at CROP Walk # 30 this year.

CROP Hunger Walk committee members are meeting this Thursday April 29th at the Red Bank UMC at 7:30 for our first planning session. This is a big year, a time to remember all that we have accomplished in 30 years and a time to plan for continued success.
