CROP Benefits from June Garden Market

On the hottest day of this summer last Thursday students from Rumson Country Day School Alexa DePaulis and her brother Brandon helped to sell the produce from the Grove West Organic Garden Market. Kanica Gunter from Monmouth Regional and the Allied Health Program helped to talk to customers about the work of our Red Bank CROP Hunger Walk. All proceeds from the sale $126. will be donated to our walk. Long time CROP Committee member Susan Day shared her knowlege and love of CROP Walk with anyone that would listen. Also on hand were teen leaders filming for upcoming public service announcements. Look for them soon on our You Tube Channel!
Dedicated CROP members talked about local hunger relief. Garden workers are proud of the garden.
