Red Bank Catholic's Recipe for Encouraging Student Community Service Wouldn't Be Complete without Sister Joan Marie and Sister Regina

For over 2 decades Sister Joan Marie McDonnell and Sister Regina Callahan advisors to the RBC Life Club at Red Bank Catholic have helped Crop Walk to raise funds for our 17 local partner programs and Church World Service global partners. CROP Walk funds provide resources for agriculture, education, water, and  sustainable community development.

The collage shows that Sister Joan Marie and Sister Regina are there for CROP every year from the planning stages to the finish line where they give RBC students certificates for earning community service hours. Sister Joan Marie was pictured in an Asbury Park Press photo in 2007, and with the winning trophy in 2009 when RBC won the CROP Walk Banner Contest. Sister Joan Marie and Sister Regina are loyal supporters, always attending our September Kick Off Rally  to pick up recruiting materials. On Walk Day they arrive early to guide students through the registration line and in 2007 even helped the RBC team to cut the ribbon at the start. We look forward to seeing them this year on Sunday Oct 16th for walk #31 at Red Bank Regional HS.
