Thank you all for another truly amazing year of caring!  Last October 16th, on World Food Day, we gathered at Red Bank Regional High School to step out for the 31st year to raise funds for hungry neighbors - our 17 local partners here in New Jersey - and our global partners around the world.   It was awesome to once again see more than 11,000 pounds of food come in, can by can, box by box, to be shared with local food pantries by the end of the afternoon.

Our 2011 total so far is $125,000 - up $5000 from last year, with a doubling of giving online!   Sue Glossbrenner was remembered, and her family came, even from Vermont, along with many friends, to honor her contributions to the success of our community event for three decades.

THANK YOU ALL for putting your "hearts and soles" into making sure there is "ENOUGH FOR ALL".

We're mailing out final certificates for church and school groups along with your final list of participants, and our appreciation for a job well done!   When you get yours please post it to recognize your walkers and workers.

We look forward to your participation in the work of Crop and Church World Service all through this year and at our walk next October 21st - # 32!!
Blessings and Peace,
Janie Schildge - Walk Coordinator
